1. Letter of recommendation from an individual other than sponsor.

3. A proposal of not more than 3 typed pages to include literature cited.
4. Completed independent study form signed by the Faculty sponsor.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Completed application must be received by Chair of
Biology Graduate Committee no later than one month prior to the beginning
of classes during that semester for which the work is proposed.
